Vincico also provide a cable looming service for cable assembly and crimping solutions including auto wire/cable cut and stripped to support our full turnkey solutions. Our inspectors are qualified to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and all cable assemblies are manufactured to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 as standard. We can offer solutions for complete cable assembly — from the simplest single loom to the most complex wiring harnesses.
Thanks to our policy of continuous investment we can batch trace all our assembly via our MRP system
All our Cable assemblies are contact-to-contact tested and records kept electronically via our Cirrus “easy wire” tester and test software.
Vincico offer through-hole technology (THT) and ultra-fine pitch surface-mount technology (SMT) printed circuit board assembly on a full turnkey basis; free issue kits can also be accommodated. We supply PCBA’s that are used in many different sectors including consumer electronics, automotive, medical, telecommunications & lighting and security. Our inspectors are qualified to IPC-A-610 and our assemblies are manufactured to IPC-A-610 Class 2 as standard. All our PCBA’s are batch controlled and serialised to operator and component level using our MRP system
Vincico provide a “box build” assembly service. Albeit Simple PCBA’s into an enclosure and test, or a more complicated encloser with multiple PCBA’s & cable looms internally.
All assembly will be batch controlled using 123 Insight and will comply with EU Directive 11/65/EU (RoHS) and assembled under the controls resulting from our registration to ISO9001.
